One of the most delicious times of the year just passed. If you, like most everyone else, could not resist chocolate and used it to rest a lot during the holiday (suspending the gym), he ended up earning a few extra pounds to go back to his body.

Natural juices are also a great way to consume liquids. But be careful: no juices ready with conservatives. Always prefer the juice of the fruit itself, they are the best ingredient of a detox diet.
Invest in functional foods
They bring beneficial effects to health and are great for helping your body work better. Consumption should be regular so you can really feel the good results. Increase your intake of soy, basil, beet, ginger and many green leaves.
The fibers only bring advantages and still improve the intestinal functioning. The so-called soluble fibers help control obesity, as they increase the sensation of satiety. Eat whole grains like oats and wheat bran. In the meals, add legumes like the peas and the soybean, and vegetables with stalks.
Back to the gym
If you stopped and stayed for several days without doing any type of exercise, gradually resume, to prevent muscle aches and pains. This means that the ideal is to reduce your training a little in the first few days (up to 15% less) and only gradually increase the pace. Also invest in morning walks, if your schedule allows and enjoy the weekend to pedal in the park or to train outdoors.
