As for adolescents, physical activities improve strength, build muscle, and decrease the risk of obesity. In addition, it helps the adolescent build strong bones for the rest of his or her life.

As for people who are dieting, the practice of physical activity is fundamental, mainly because it helps to burn calories and preserves the muscular mass eliminating only the fat of the body. Essential for those who want to lose weight and maintain a healthy body.

People who live with depression, moodiness or anxiety, regular physical activity helps to improve mood, relieve depression and provide better physical and mental well-being. The good news is that people with physical disabilities can also and should benefit from physical activity because it improves muscle shape and stamina, giving a better quality of life for that person.
